The owners of Wish Recovery in Northridge are dedicated, caring individuals who have a passion for recovery that is not often found in ownership of drug and alcohol treatment centers. With so many different treatment centers in the country, it is often hard to find the perfect match. I see in Wish and the accompanying staff a particular caring and a willingness to go to any length to accommodate clients preferences. With different therapists specializing in different ways of counseling, clients can match up with a style of treatment that fits their personality and specific challenges. Wish Recovery goes out of their way to get clients massage, yoga, EMDR, Aqua-therapy, and process groups to accommodate their regular treatment. I would absolutely send a loved one to Wish Recovery.

I just completed my treatment here at Wish Recovery. Staff was very professional and I am grateful for all the help I got. I was able to look at my problems with a help of professional support staff that helped me to get really honest with myself. The food was really amazing thanks to the chef that made everything from the scratch. The owners of the facility went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs and I am grateful.

The facility was sparking clean at all times. What started as a phone call hoping to get the help I needed, ended with me feeling better than I ever have .. also gained a new family and many friends.

I recently realized I had to deal with a problem I was having head on, and I'm so happy I was lucky enough to find Wish Recovery. It was my first time in a treatment center so I was beyond terrified at first. Within hours of being there the staff had calmed me down and assured me I was in very good hands.
Throughout the days there I noticed that ever person who works there cares deeply about at all the clients - going out of their way to make them comfortable, cared for, nurtured and receiving world class treatment.
I was able to quickly shed my fears of "going to rehab" and within days I had detoxed and I was feeling better and really getting so much out of all of our sessions with the therapist.
It all starts at the top, the owners are extremely kind and care deeply about the place and the clients and it trickles down to every other person who works at the facility.
There is a yoga instructor who come to teach classes, a chef who prepares delicious meals, and the owners even brought in a manicurist to do my nails :)

I came into wish recovery very lost in my life and addiction. I have been in and out of rehabs, addiction, and recovery. I’ve never received as much support from the staff and my peers in another facility like I did wish. Everyone who works here does an excellent job at making you feel comfortable and at home. It definitely was a great experience where I learned a lot about myself and my addiction. I would recommend Wish recovery to anyone out there who is struggling. They really do care about all their clients and will do anything to help.
Wish Recovery has meet all of my needs as a client. This has been a great experience for me and the holistic approach they teach here is nothing I’ve ever had before. I feel confident that I can stay on the right track and remain sober after my stay here. The after care plan is amazing and I look forward to my future. The owners, clinical director, and staff are top of the line and made me feel welcomed here. The education on addiction is a very well thought out plan from our therapist. This treatment facility was so much more than i could have ever expected. The level of love and genuine care expressed from the carefully selected staff is unbelievable. It is not only a place to get "clean" but through the process groups and phd level brain and addiction education we as clients are given the tools to live a healthy, long-term sober life. The facility itself is beautiful and absolutely has the luxury amenities to make recovery easier. Yoga and boxing on a consistent basis. Would recommend to a family member.

Awesome place and people!! So informative, restorative, and peaceful. True mind, body, soul experience! I was able to plant a veggie garden and add inspirational painted rocks to aid in my recovery with the help of so many kind people! Thank you all again for your help, support, and insight! Wish Recovery provides a beautiful and safe environment and a Professional Compassionate staff. Excellent Scientific, Physiology, Spiritual and Addiction Based training that helped me understand the cause of my Disease and the many tools I will need to maintain my Sobriety for the long run. All amenities medical care, food, exercise and recreation create a resort type atmosphere which allowed me to focus on my recovery. I am grateful to everyone at Wish and recommend calling them if you are ready to free yourself from the pain of addiction.

Great experience here, I highly recommend Wish Recovery - mind, body, spirit recovery, taking individuals' needs into the care plan here and after. The staff is terrific and the bonds you form with the other clients are truly one-on-one and as a whole. Food is amazing, meds are handled with diligence, compassion and deep caring for you. I carry with me as I depart tomorrow the Wish program and people in my heart forever.
After weeks of researching rehab centers, I ended up choosing Wish. And what a perfect choice that was. From the day I arrived to the day I left, I never once regretted going there. I was amazed of the facility; it is very beautiful and peaceful. Everything is new and clean, the pool, the gym so great and I loved the little vegetable garden where I could spend some time by myself. And the staff is just amazing– kind, caring and loving.
The admission process was thorough and professional, but at the same time handled by the techs and medical staff with such a caring attitude, that I immediately felt safe and welcomed. There were programs every day, including scientific classes, group and therapy sessions. Everything was very well planned and organized, and I learned so much about myself, why some people become addicts, what using does to the body, what one can expect to experience going through the first months of sobriety and methods to prevent relapse. All so important in this process. The therapist and case managers were very knowledgeable and had great personalities, which made it easy to open up. They were also very good at asking the correct questions and giving examples that clarified the subject. That the number of residents is limited, played a significant role in making it easier to participate in the groups a well.
It was also a lot of fun. We wrote and recorded songs, listen to sound balls, meditated, got massages, did yoga and kickboxing – and on Sundays we went on little trips. And the food – it was delicious and healthy, made right there. One of my highpoints was when the owner made shuba for us.
The last week I was there, they planned my aftercare, so when I went home, I had a solid plan set up for how I best can stay sober.
Going to Wish, was really a Wish come true; I got back the belief that I can be sober and have a wonderful life. After 5 weeks, I left stronger, healthier and happier than I have been in so many years.
I cannot put into words how life changing wish recovery is. The owner is truly truly there because this is a Passion project. He cooks for the clients and makes it a point to ask every single day how they are doing and if they need anything. The therapist Venell is amazing, always available if needed. The admission person Allison Cares so much for the clients and is so patient even when you miss your flight is cheer flight And is there throughout the process. The counselors and therapist do an amazing job teaching how addiction works and making sure that you have plenty of recovery prevention the discharge planning is Phenomenal. They continue to support you when you leave by answering the telephone and talking to you through any crisis. They allow you to continue to go through groups for a week or so if you need to via teleconference. The therapist will work with you if needed after you leave for a week or so until you find a therapist. They do not just fall off the face of the Earth When you graduate. They are my family

From the staff, to the amenities, I was beyond impressed with the facility. VERY well structured!! I could go on and on.. The only negative is how I'll miss some really great relationships & bonds that I made. So much love to all! Keep doing what you're doing!!!!
This place literally SAVED MY LIFE! This place is calm, caring, individualized, and the staff is amazing and has met all of my needs. I got diagnosed with a personality disorder that I didn’t know I had and I’d been searching for it for 15 years. It all makes sense now! The therapists are so careful with diagnosing. The groups are amazingly organized and very thought provoking. The techs, administration, and nurses are so wonderful. There are absolutely no words to describe this wonderful place. These people are absolutely amazing! From the first initial phone call to the end of my stay. Chef Ali is absolutely amazing, gained 20lbs in a month and his food is top notch and a work of art with crab, shrimp and seafood on a regular basis. Luxury! Allison was amazing on the first phone call, Curtce was great and did everything and went beyond when I had trouble sleeping. Francine, Debbie, Vanille went above and beyond, as did all of the other staff. Doc Giles is amazing, nice to have a Dr. That has experienced recovery first hand and it was a pleasure speaking with him. The nursing staff were absolutely incredible. The psychiatrist, forgot her name was amazing as well. The entire staff went above and beyond and for the first time in 8 years my body is free from all the poison and they have provided me with the tools to never look back and for this I thank you!! The House and amenities are beyond anything I've seen with an amazing back patio with pool and more. Thank you again
I spent 30 days at Wish Recovery because I needed help quitting the pain killers I have been dependent on for over a decade. From the moment I arrived at WR, I knew I was in good hands. The entire staff always maintained a professional yet friendly relationship with myself and the other clients. I never felt uncomfortable throughout my 30 days. I was really nervous thinking about detox but the staff made my experience so comfortable and safe making my first week go by much better than I could have ever imagined. I felt so spoiled and well taken care of by everyone. There wasn’t one thing that they couldn’t accommodate. I’m writing this review hoping to help anyone who is contemplating treatment and looking for the best residential treatment out there. I genuinely recommend Wish Recovery. I admit that my standards and expectations were a bit high when it came to me sleeping and eating somewhere else other than home for 30 days. This place really is luxurious! The house is super CLEAN, spacious, cozy, brand-new everything, over all impressive. The Drs and nurses always took their time to address my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed, judged or unheard.

The chef is AMAZING. I took notice to all the fresh organic produce and high quality meats that he would return from the grocery store with. I honestly have never eaten so good in my life!! Having an Executive Chef cooking a 5 star breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday will leave you feeling spoiled! I guarantee anyones satisfaction when it comes to the food at Wish Recovery!

This was my first experience in a treatment facility of any kind and I was terrified. I’m also really picky (I know a lot of people say that, but I really am.) It was definitely time for me to deal head with my alcoholism and mental health issues head on. After much research and a few discussions with the wonderful intake person Allison, I was on a plane to California.
I can say upon completing the 30 day program that it was the best gift I could have ever given myself. The program was so well rounded and entirely
comprehensive. Every single staff member genuinely cared about my well being and it showed. While I was excited to go home I couldn’t help but be a bit sad because I felt a genuine connection to the people I’d spent so much time with.
In addition to the care for addiction and mental health, I came back well nourished. That’s actually a gross understatement. I’m still in mourning that I’ll likely never eat so well again. I also did regular kick boxing and yoga and came back in much better physical condition than when I left.
If you are on the fence about which luxury rehab to choose, I highly recommend Wish.
I was just discharged from Wish Rehab a few days ago and I really want to express my gratitude & also my experience with Wish. It is very easy to write our grievances against businesses. Too often, we go through life without looking back to express our connection with others, and our appreciation for their presence in our lives. I want to start with the fact that the staff at Wish Rehab is unmatched.
I reached out after normal business hours expecting to hear a generic automated response from the person on the other end of the line, instead I had the pleasure of speaking with Allison. She is exceptional! I had been trying to find help for some time, but it was not until I spoke with Allison that I heard genuine heartfelt regard for my troubling situation. I felt that most facilities did not express sincere interest in my personal experience and they failed to take the time to ask the pertinent and relevant questions to best understand my story as an individual and I kept getting these rote, impersonal, and seemingly disinterested reposes and seemed to default to the one-size-fits-all responses. Allison was different, she embraced my unique story, she inspired me, she gave me hope, and she made me feel that I had come to the right place. During that first call and, in that moment, I realized that, no matter what, I was not alone, and there was a solution that works for me. From the moment we spoke, she fully informed me of all the services I could expect, and all of them I did receive with professional and exceptional attentiveness and care! Allison walked me through the steps of what to expect, and she would follow through with what she said she was going to do, which meant a lot to me. She was always available for any questions I had during the process and even once I arrived, she was there to welcome me to Wish even though I changed my time of arrival several times. Allison is not one of those people that once you sign up, she is no longer able to be reached, rather, she gave me the security in knowing she was there for me whenever I had a question, she was accessible the whole time, and I can tell she genuinely cares.
Now I have to start off by saying the staff there are unmatched and I don't even want to say staff because they felt like family at a point. They take a lot of pride in their work. The way they take care of you, I am already missing. The Chef's food is really good, and he has such an amazing personality that even though I’m a grouch in the morning seeing his smile or hearing one of his jokes puts you in a better mood. Not only is the food really good, there is a whole variety to choose from, the presentation is unmatched & he is great with trying to accommodate everyone. I Loved him & Alyssa.
The counselor, therapists and staff care about you as a person. It makes you eager to participate in the programs when you feel they care and value what you have to say. I've learned to value my strengths and weaknesses & how to allow myself to release the years of trauma I had been holding in. Veneill, Kim, Marco, Debbie, Gary, Michael and Gregory each taught me something different, whether it was trusting my decisions, believing in myself, learning to just feel what I feel, and they taught me that mistakes do not mean life is over, and life so much more. I find myself feeling like there are miniature versions of them at times on my shoulders, because in times of doubt, I hear what they would say to lead me in the right path.
Thanks for your time, patience, and your authenticity. Thank you for encouraging me, supporting me, and caring about me and helping me get on the path to being whole. From the time I finished detoxing, I moved on to being spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally well-balanced and able to regulate my emotions in a very healthy way. I met some amazing friends there and will take this experience and grow more from it!
This place is nothing short of incredible. The staff the case workers the therapists the nurse and the man the myth the chef, Ali. I came in here absolutely defeated and this place taught me how to love life and myself again. I met people here and watched change their habits and gain motivation for life again. The daily routine of exercise and meetings was a perfect combo for me to get out of my bad habits. The decision to attend Wish came at a time when I needed help the most. It helped me see the light in me when I couldn't see it in myself. The staff at Wish helped me to understand addiction and recovery from multiple different angles and showed me that I am not alone in the fight for sobriety.
This was truly a life or death decision for me that I made and I know I'll never regret it.
I can't say enough great things about this place. From my initial intake call with Allison, who kindly and patiently listened while I went full drunk girl (crying included, I'm sure), to the medical staff and technicians. I've been to a few rehabs but this is far and beyond the most positive experience I'm ever had in a treatment facility. Everyone bends over backwards to make sure you're as comfortable as possible (to the point where I was almost starting to feel a little guilty) and the FOOD was fantastic. I don't know where they found Chef Ali but he is so talented and -- like everyone else at Wish -- so kind and fun.
We were exposed to so many different treatment modalities, from the more science-based to the more spiritual. There were also massages and yoga offered multiple times a week.
I know I'm probably gushing right now but if you feel like you need some help with substance abuse, I'm fairly confident that you can't do better than Wish ✨
Update: I came back again because well… there’s only one reason to go to rehab 😂 I’m so glad I came back. Everyone was just as kind, caring and knowledgeable as I remembered. Still highly recommended!!
This place has all the bells and whistles ie: chiro, massage, pool, sauna jacuzzi etc. but what makes this place is the people. From the chef Ali to the clinical director Roz, the groups led by Marco, Kim, Jessica Raymond and Gary. Matt does double duty at the wish recovery house and sober living. Fran is outstanding. If I left anybody out, I apologize. Not good with names. Would recommend this place to anybody who needs detox, residential or sober living. I will carry a piece of all of you with me on my journey.

If you truly want LUXURY along with state-of-the-art detox/rehab for addiction to alcohol or drugs, this is the place. I have stayed at three other "luxury" rehabs and Wish Recovery tops them all.
My last trip to rehab (so far successful!) is when I found Wish Recovery. I was so impressed with the 30 day residential treatment that I moved into their sober living house and attended the Wish PHP and IOP programs for a total of 90 days. I realized that my recovery comes first this time and I want to stay for myself now (not just for my family).
This is why I give top ratings to Wish Recovery and their staff:
The Staff is Wonderful! - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. I immediately felt at home as they made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed in detox and after.
The Care provided is Excellent! - skilled and compassionate nurses and clinical staff. Weekly sessions with an MD and well as Psychiatrist who effectively adjusted my meds for depression. The staff creates an environment for their clients to experience an effective and comprehensive program for recovery from addiction. (see Program. details below)
The Food and Meals are Excellent! The chef creates gourmet and healthy meals for residential as well as the clients in the Sober Living house and PHP and IOP. (examples are perfectly cooked sea bass with a small filet, veal cutlets, shrimp or beef or chicken kabobs etc always served with salad and fresh veggies) They stocked the kitchen with pretty much any snack or beverage that I was craving (non alcoholic of course!)
The House and Rooms are Perfect! - the interior is beautifully designed with comfortably furnished community areas and a gourmet kitchen. Bedrooms are appointed with high quality beds and linens and each is ensuite with luxury bath. I loved that each room has its own climate control and large flatscreen TV.
The Patio area, Pool, Hot Tub, Gym and Dry Sauna are Delightful! - you can tan on a chaise, swim laps in the salt water pool, sit in the hot tub to unwind, hop on the treadmill or Stairmaster or lift some weights in gym or sweat it out in the dry sauna. The sober living house also has a lovely pool and patio w/outdoor barbecue area w/pergola.
Recreation/activities: clients have yoga classes, kick boxing classes, and Rock to Recovery (where the group creates their own song each week), receive massages and/or chiropractic if requested, and on Sundays there are outings for the clients. We went to the Getty Museum, Malibu Beach and Go carting.
I found that there is more to Wish than being Luxurious.
I experienced so many great aspects to Wish's program.
Wish Residential and IOP have highly trained and compassionate clinical staff that are skilled in addiction as well as trauma. A client receives one on one therapy during residential as well as PHP and IOP rehab. Specialists in hypnotherapy (to help with healing trauma), spirituality, and certified counselors work with clients with relapse prevention, exposure to AA 12 steps and other types of recovery resources, emotional regulation and understanding the physiological aspects of addiction. I especially benefitted from the hypnotherapy and the individual therapy sessions.
I honestly can not think of anything Wish Recovery did not provide for me in Detox/Residential, then in Sober Living at PHP and IOP at the beginning of my recovery journey. They sincerely make the experience of detox/rehab as enjoyable (and effective) as humanly possible. Wish helped open the door for long term recovery for me.
Wish Recovery is truly a LUXURY HOLISTIC approach to sobriety. I will start by saying that I have been to several treatment facilities in the past, some of which were good. This place is far beyond anything I could have imagined. First, I will give a huge shout out to the Admissions team (Allison) for accommodating me on such short notice and picking me up from the last facility (which was a total disaster). If you call, you will know what I mean! She is EXCELLENT and held my hand every step of the way and even made a special trip to the facility to make sure I was taken care of when I arrived.
Upon arrival it was evident that I was pulling up to the place that was in the pictures. For some reason everyone likes to post pictures from their first renovation 20 years ago lol, but not this place. It was as immaculate as the video I watched on the webpage. Yes, there are cameras on property, which is why I always felt safe. Let’s be real, we are addicts and alcoholics, many of us cannot be trusted. The cameras made me feel safe just having my possessions unattended while I was in groups and most of all sleeping at night. This is something in the past that caused me a lot of anxiety from hearing horror stories at at other facilities.
Next, I have to give a shout out to the staff. I have never been to a place where everyone was so welcoming and inviting. I could rave about the gym, the sauna, the pool, the jacuzzi, the kickboxing, the yoga, the dietician, THE FOOD (ALI- Shout out here for real, ALL meals cooked in house and so delicious, breakfast was made to order), the massage sessions, the chiropractor, the acupuncture, the luxurious personal rooms etc., but I wont go into detail lol. All those things were great, don’t get me wrong. But it was the treatment from the professionals that made this place a winner.
Every group had a purpose and was led by professionals who actually specialized in what they were talking about. I have never had so much one on one therapy at a facility. This was made possible because they only accept six people at a time. So, feel lucky if you get chosen, I was truly blessed. The staff on site worked with and for us to make sure we were always taken care of. Everything from snacks, to mani/pedis, to haircuts, the list goes on. I have never been to a place where the staff treated me like an equal. Some places forget that we actual do pay to be treated nice and with love Ya know, this is the time we need the most care!

Wish was my first rehabilitation experience, and upon completing the 30-day program, I could not be more pleased with my journey thus far. The treatment, the services, the staff, and the heart make the program what it is, and it is what has gotten me to a place of hope and personal contentment I haven’t experienced in a long time. I have so much respect and love for the Wish team and all they all do — I would recommend them to anyone.
First Time ever going to a recovery facility. This place was absolutely phenomenal! From the intake process all the way to my graduation day, it was a very pleasant and welcoming experience. The private rooms were great, comfortable, and immaculate! Each private room has an awesome private bathroom and steam showers also. “Not sure how I’m gonna live without heated toilet seat and a bidet now”!! You couldn’t ask for a better staff to make you feel at home, cared for, and just loved for the person you are. The food was the best around, and the chef was a master! “Plus I enjoyed my early morning coffee and just visiting with him as a friend!” Wish is an absolute Luxury recovery facility and such a Top Notch resort. I left that place prepared for life challenges with skills and knowledge that I had know idea was even possible to have. This place set me up mentally, physically, and emotionally to handle the future and be successful with life. 3rd times the charm! This place is a life/marriage saving haven. I (was) a struggling full-blown alcoholic, who thought I was truly hopeless. I'm not embarrassed to say that it took me three times to get sober because that being sad, it took me thirty-four years to realize I had a drinking problem. This facility is top tier. Luxury?, check. Educated and carring nurses?, check. Operations staff hands on?, check. Even the owners make daily on-site visits to check on the facility. The groups are small and tailored to your addiction. (The house only allows 6 at a time currently). You get multiple visits with a one-on-one therapist per week and can even include your spouse via Zoom if you wish (no pun intended). They have a private chef who is Michelin rated and does not disappoint. Kickboxing, yoga, chiropractic, pool therapy, massage, recording studio...yes, you heard me right...all that and more! The purpose of all these amenities is to show you that there is much more to life than just your addiction! I want to personally thank (in no order of importance) FRAN!, ROBERT!, Ali, Elena, Casey, Sona, Becca, NAVID!, GABBY!, Ana, Leo, Matt, Ivan and Maria (for putting up with my 5am DoorDash pizzas...lol) If I forgot anyone, it wasn't intentional. All this being said, it isn't a vacation by any means. It's a true place to learn how to live a life of sobriety. It's very hard work. There are groups from morning until night. 6 days a week. But if you're serious about getting sober and are tired of living this way, it is way worth it. On Sundays, they do a group outing to expose you to the real world as the new sober you. And have a little fun while doing it. I was not asked or paid to write this. This is from the bottom of my heart. Thank you!
I know first hand how scary and lonely it can be for the loved ones of a person who struggles with mental health and addiction, never knowing where to go, who to trust , what to do ...Our daughter (21) has been struggling for a very long time, so we have experienced our share amount of detox, rehabs, IOP and PHP...On very rare occasions we were able to connect with some of the therapist and staff members that would see her, but eventually and inevitably our daughter would either get kicked out, pushed out or leave on her own account, and because she is 21 , we had no control over anything .
By some miracle, our daughter ended up at The Wish, both in residential and IOP....by the time she came there, I had given up any hopes of her ever getting the help that she so desperately needed...In my opinion, all those place were the same : after the Insurance money, not caring to know, understand or fight for those who's struggles went beyond their addictions...but I could not have been more wrong... Our daughter first came to their IOP program after a long string of unsuccessful stays in different treatment centers , to be fair, it takes a special place to care for someone like her...and The Wish is definitely that place.... we were blessed to be working with some of the most AMAZING , supportive and helpful humans: Francisca, who is their business development and client relations manager, Paije, who was her therapist at the IOP (she has since moved to private practice ) and Roz, who was her therapist at their residential treatment . They NEVER gave up on her, they stayed in close contact with us, guided her and us, supported her in ways I had never seen before, day or night, weekends, it did not matter, they were there, protective, sufficient , giving tuff love when needed....a constant reassuring presence, voice and light in the mist of our nightmare.
There are no words that can express how thankful we are and how blessed we feel that she crossed their path. I will never forget what they did for and and for us, and what they are continuing to do...Her journey isn't over yet, but thanks to them, her recovery can begin .
They gave us the gift of hope again....
As a client at wish recovery I highly recommend this program, it is duel diagnosis so it offers more than just your basic recovery needs. Having PTSD along with my addiction I have made alot of progress with the help of the facilitators and councilors. Fran in administration goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met even outside of the program for example organizing softball games beach trips or even personal issues that may arise after business hours.
Going to treatment from far away is so hard on those attending and families holding onto hope..Wish Recovery is amazing all the way through the housing, the programs and most of all the people taking care of our loved ones. Navid was my husband’s therapist first time and his connection and his abilities to help my husband were everlasting because my husband compared all to him after his visit. He ensured I was a part of my husbands recovery and that to me has been a standard moving forward. Fran cares from the minute she talks to you and assumes care for your loved one, if you are coming from across state she ensures pick up at the airport to the facility and messages loved ones with status the whole way through, my loved one had to come back a second time and via chat another facility nabbed my questions for return and stated they were putting him in a new program that was another facility of Wish Recovery and when my husband got there he let me know it was not the right facility and I called Wish immediately and Fran got my call she told me how to navigate getting my husband released from this faulty facility, she conferenced calls to ensure my security with communications, she got transportation to my husband and got him back to Wish Recovery. I can only tell you what that means to a spouse to know they are safe from far away and well taken care of, this life is not an easy one but my hopes for my husband are huge with this kind of care- Thank You for showing an out of stateswoman why they should choose here!!
Wish was hands down the best facility I’ve been to. The staff is caring and informed. It’s been a pleasure to be surrounded by such amazing people for a month. I completely recommend Wish to anyone looking for recovery.
When I arrived at Wish Recovery, I was a broken, soulless drug addict, unsure of how to move forward. From the moment I stepped in, my counselor Roze, along with Alaina and Navid, kept me present and open to learning how to better myself. Their guidance and care helped me rediscover my strength and resilience.
Today, I am leaving this program as a healthy, beautiful mother and an amazing wife to my incredible husband, who supported me every step of the way. I cannot express how much I will miss every person here.

This is a good place. Some of the staff are decent but there's one in particular. His name is Brett and I must say this man has helped me time and time again and he has sat woth me past his shift many of times and would not leave my side until he knew i was goi g to be ok. And if it wasn't for this young man i guarantee you I would have relapsed and already went back to my Hometown. But this man gave me courage, wisdom and knowledge and helped me find myself in more ways than one. He goes out of his way he goes out of his comfort zone to make sure his clients here Are on top of the World. He wants to see them Succeed and he always comes in with a smile on his face because he glows to help other people. So I must say whoever gets this young man and the future at the establishment hang on to cause he's a angel from heaven. I promise you this. This is my first time in treatment and first time sober in 27 years. Today December 8th is my 5 month sober date since I came out here from Chicago in July. Before I came out here I was sleeping on a table in a trap house.

Out of all the rehabilitation facilities I’ve attended and completed during my 29 years of substance abuse this dual diagnosis treatment facility is the one that worked and made the miracle of recovery possible for me. I was able to connect easily with the professional staff as well as the other clients. I felt safe to talk about my childhood sexual trauma that was ultimately the cause of my substance use with complete strangers. I was never judged and for once I felt heard. I was able to face my traumas and heal from the wrongs my uncle did to me. It's one of the best rehabs I know of I absolutely love it the staff are absolutely amazing they are respectful very kind nice people lot of them have also at one point in their lives struggled with substance abuser so it's very easy for them to relate to the clients and what they are going through and what they will face during detoc because they too have experienced it they make you transition as comfortable as possible and they don't juts throw you out they take time to get you mentally ready for your next step from detox to residential and then sober living there therapy separate great the counselors and group leaders actually listen to you and allow you tell tell your story and little bit about yourself they don't at all force or pressure you to talk and share it's all when you are ready they have alternate assessments if you aren't ready to be in group eventually you'd have to tho insurance pays for your participation and it's juts all around a great rehab I absolutely love it and I'm quick to judge criticize or run from places like this but this one is fantastic I've been clean sober feeling great about myself and I'm looking to my future for the first time I see a light I see success

If you are looking for a different approach in recovery this is the place. Very real and very awesome. Outings on Sunday to a fully stocked kitchen. Pool sauna and gym. Massages. You get it all here and the groups are awesome you get something from everyone single one. Highly recommend for yourself or loved ones
I had the best experience being here. Learning about my mental health and my disease was very important and having nice counselors and workers that taught me and give me coping skills was amazing. They gave me tools to prevent relapse. The staff Elena, Viviana, Jimmy, Marleen and Matt helped me a lot. They are amazing.
This program helped me emotionally mentally and spiritually. The staff was able to make this happen, I learned a lot of scoping skills. The staff that made a difference was Marleen, Elena, Rudy, Ana, were really helpful in my recovery.

I had the most pleasant experience at wish. There are thousands of recovery centers to choose from. Some great , some not so great.this one was great! I’m not an easy person and very skeptical but from the initial phone call with Ben aka Brad ;) to the greetings to the private chef and my favorite, the salt water pool 🤩…to the the ease of the staff those included but not limited to Viviana, Elana, the Chef, and the really tall older gentleman (sorry I can’t remember your name) who was actually quite a gentleman doing everything he could to help you.. he even carried my bags ☺️….it was beyond excellent service. Going to a recovery center can be really scary. You don’t know what to expect and at that point you feel like a failure. It’s an important to find a place where they understand your individualized needs. Thank you for listening and beyond that actually caring! My experience at Wish Recovery was one of acceptance and enlightenment. From the Clinical Director to the facilitators they are a team of professionals who go above and beyond to help you change your life. The therapist i was assigned was extremely impressive. Most of the facilitators have been in our shoes and the ones that haven’t are knowledgeable enough to be helpful with the information they store. From the very first call I made James and the rest of the team at Wish Recovery did everything they could to make me feel welcome, safe, respected, and cared for. I had reached out to Wish after being assaulted by a staff member at another program ( not affiliated with Wish) within 20 minutes of my call James had sent a uber to pick me up. Then between James and Fran they made sure my medications and the rest of my property were picked up. I was never made to feel like I was an inconvenience and my concerns were addressed without hesitation. All of the documentation needed to support my leave from work was completed promptly and sent to the necessary departments. The therapists are amazing and the center is beautiful, clean, and staffed with courteous professionals. My house manager Matt is caring and respectful. The sober living house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean. I have truly felt welcome from the very beginning.
I just discharged from this program a couple days ago. To anyone thinking or considering coming here, let this be your confirmation to start packing TODAY. This program has literally changed my life in more ways than just becoming sober. I was on heroin and meth before I admitted into detox and it's been 73 days now and the transformation is something I thought wasnt even possible for me. If you're from out of state and worried about starting over, don't be. They got you. But it starts with you deciding to make a change, and having an open mind to give them the chance to help. After your 28days, They have a badass PHP, IOP program, the facilitators are mostly recovering addicts themselves or educated drug counselors or both. These people are so freaking awesome and they genuinely care and you'll notice it immediately. I seriously can't stress enough to anyone considering coming here, if you're uncertain or hesitant about making the call...which I feel like is something every addict goes through beforehand, DO NOT LET ANYTHING OR ANYONE STOP YOU FROM THIS OPPORTUNITY. You can always go home if you want to but you can't always experience recovery like this.

I recently realized I had to deal with a problem I was having head on, and I'm so happy I was lucky enough to find Wish Recovery. It was my first time in a treatment center so I was beyond terrified at first. Within hours of being there the staff had calmed me down and assured me I was in very good hands. Throughout the days there I noticed that ever person who works there cares deeply about at all the clients - going out of their way to make them comfortable, cared for, nurtured and receiving world class treatment. I was able to quickly shed my fears of "going to rehab" and within days I had detoxed and I was feeling better and really getting so much out of all of our sessions with the therapist. It all starts at the top, the owners are extremely kind and care deeply about the place and the clients and it trickles down to every other person who works at the facility. There is a yoga instructor who come to teach classes, a chef who prepares delicious meals, and the owners even brought in a manicurist to do my nails :) If I could it 6 stars I would. I'm home now and I feel strong and confident and I owe it all to Wish.
If you are looking for a place to be loved on and helped no matter your situation this is it. The staff felt like family all of them. The chef’s food was amazing !! The 3 times a day it was served . The facility was sparking clean at all times. What started as a phone call hoping to get the help I needed, ended with me feeling better than I ever have .. also gained a new family and many friends.
